摘要
目的比较3种手术方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2010年11月笔者所在医院收治的47例需施行手术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,根据损伤情况分别选取3种不同的手术方法进行治疗,其中支架固定22例、DCS固定15例、Gamma钉内固定10例,最后总结分析应用不同手术疗法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床实际效果。结果全部入选患者无一例死亡,术后不同手术方法的疗效不同。固定支架组优良率为100%;DCS组优良率为94%;Gamma钉固定组优良率为100%。结论手术疗法在股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用具有较为理想的效果,且对于患者的康复具有积极的意义,应用不同手术治疗的适应证不同,应严格掌握。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of three different kinds of surgical therapy for femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Merbods From January 2009 to November 2010,chose 47 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,which need surgry treatment,as the research objects. Different therapy were selected according to the injury,22 cases were fixation support,DCS 15cases,Gamma nail 10 cases. Summary and analysis the clinical effect of different surgical treatments for application of femoral intertrochanterie fractures. Results All patients no deaths,the effect of the different surgical methods were different. Fixation support group good rate was 100%;DCS group was 94%;Gamma nail group was 100%. Conclusion Surgical therapy for femoral intertroehanteric fractures has ideal effect. Different application be adapted to different indication;should be controlled strictly.
