2011年某地铁路职工健康状况调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 为了解某地在岗铁路职工的健康状况,以便采取有针对性地干预措施,保障职工身体健康,2011年5-7月,对职工进行健康体检。结果表明,心血管系统异常率为22.19%(其中高血压检出率为13.96%),肝功能异常率为18.97%,泌尿系统异常率为3.91%。男职工异常率高于女职工。异常率随着年龄的增加而升高。货运职工高血压、高甘油三酯血症、肝功能异常检出率高于其他工种(P<0.01),后勤职工高胆固醇血症检出率高于其他工种(P<0.01)。
