摘要
总结了某屋面工程存在降低设计防水等级、水泥砂浆找平层没有按设计要求添加聚丙烯纤维、水泥焦渣层施工随意等问题,分析了以上施工问题对屋面防水的不利影响,从多方面因素考虑,优化构造做法,将水泥焦渣找坡层置于柔性防水层的上面、刚性防水层的下面,达到了良好的效果。
The study sums up the problems in some roof project, including the lowering of the design waterproof level and the lacking amount of the added polypropylene fiber at the cement mortar screed-coat and the careless construction at cement coke slag layer, the study analyzes the un- favorable influence of the above-mentioned construction problems on the roof waterproof, and optimizes the components by considering many as- pects, and the cement coke slag slope-coat is located between the flexible waterproof layer and the rigid waterproof layer, so it achieves better effect.
