摘要
分析了当前住宅建筑防水存在的主要问题,结合长期的实践经验,分别从设计和施工两个方面对屋面防水工程质量控制进行了阐述,以解决屋面防水的渗漏问题,提高建筑物的工程质量。
Main questions existed in waterproof engineering of residential buildings at present are analyzed. At the same time combined with several years＇ experiences in practice from two aspects： design and construction, quality control of roof waterproofing engineering is elaborated, in order to resolve the leakage questions encountered in roof waterproofing work to increase the engineering quality of buildings.
