摘要
针对屋面、外窗、厨卫间、地下室及外墙的渗漏问题,分析了产生渗漏的原因,阐述了减少和避免工程渗漏问题的措施,并通过加强过程控制、严格按施工规范检查验收,以期从根本上解决房屋渗漏问题。
