摘要
高等院校教师继续教育是建设一支高质量教师队伍的重要保障,然而当前高校继续教育中存在不少弊端和缺陷,如重视程度不足、与实际脱轨等现象,严重制约了高校教师的职业技能发展。如何建立健全符合相关的政策法规,使继续教育可持续发展并发挥其积极的促进作用,是各大高校亟待思考并解决的难题。
To build a high quality teacher team, further education for college teachers is an important guarantee. However, there are many shortcomings in it, such as inadequate attention and deviation from actual practice, which seriously restricts the college teachers＇ development. How to establish and perfect the related policies and regulations of the future education so as to promote its sustainable development and make it play a positive role, is the urgent problem that universities need to solve.
