摘要
继续教育是当今学习化社会的基石。要改变目前高校教师队伍某些不良现状,抓好高校教师的继续教育意义十分重大。继续教育有利于高校教师思想品德、政治素质、教育教学和科学研究水平与能力的不断提高。高校教师继续教育可通过自学、科学研究、以老带新及短期培训等方式或途径进行。
Refresher education is the cornerstone of the present society which pays much attention to study. To improve present contingents of college teachers, attaching great importance to college teachers' refresher education is the only way. Refresher education can help to improve college teachers' moral character, political quality, capacity of imparting knowledge and educating students and level of scientific research. College teachers' refresher education can be carried out by way of self-study, scientific research, experienced teachers' guidance and short-term training.
