摘要
杯形件的口部壁厚差是生产中时常遇到的技术问题 ,也是热压杯形件中最难控制的一种尺寸。根据实例 ,介绍了杯形件口部壁厚差产生的原因及分布规律 ,得出了用模口导向来减小壁厚差的方法。
The wall_thickness difference of the cup_shaped part is a technical problem often occurring in production, and it is a size most difficult to control when producing hot_extruded cup_shaped parts. Based on an example, the causes and distribution rules of the wall_thickness difference were introduced. A method was found out to decrease the wall_thickness difference by using the mould orifice as a guide.
