基于正交实验的H型截面铝合金锻件多目标成形优化 被引量:5

Multi-objective Optimization of Forming Process for Aluminum Alloy H-shape Forgings Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 为了提高H型截面铝合金锻件的变形均匀性,减少流线折断等缺陷,采用正交实验法确定实验方案,采用DEFORM-2D数值模拟软件对方案进行仿真模拟。以锻件最后的充填性,变形均匀性和纤维折断为多目标评价标准,分别研究设计因素对成形目标影响的主次顺序,并通过综合平衡法得到了工艺参数的最佳水平组合,以此进行有限元模拟验证。验证结果表明,该优化方法能够获得满足质量要求的H型截面铝合金锻件。 In order to improve the forming homogeneity,control the fiber break of the aluminum alloy H-shape forgings,the experiment scheme obtained by orthogonal test design was simulated employing numerical simulation software DEFORM-2D.The importance order of the relevant factors' effect on the muti-objective combined filling quality,forming homogeneity and fiber break was studied.The optimum combination of process parameters were obtained and were validated by FEM.The results show that the optimal design method can meet the need of the aluminum alloy H-shape forgings with high forming quality.
