摘要
本文介绍了一种高效灭火器盖钻孔夹具。这套夹具设计合理,具有结构轻巧、操作简便、夹紧可靠、夹紧力均匀、生产率高等特点,能满足成批生产的需要。本文还对钻孔导引误差、夹紧力等进行了计算,对夹具的设计和教学,有一定的指导意义。
This paper deals with a highly efficient drilling fixture of fire-annihilator top. The design of the fixture is reasonable and it has some characteristics such as simplified and lightness in structure, easy to operate, reliablely clamped uniformly clamped force, highly production rate and able to be used in mass production. Error ia working and damping force also are culculated by using microcomputer in the paper. The method of integrating mechanical with electrical is achieved and it has certain guide significance for the design and teaching of the firture.
