基于计算机仿真优化的钢管冷拔过程CAD系统 被引量:6

CAD SYSTEM FOR TUBE DRAWING BASED ON FEM SIMULATIONS OF DRAWING PROCESSES

摘要 为了开发一个特殊的钢管冷拔工艺过程 CAD系统 ,除考虑现场实际资料与经验外 ,还利用 MARC软件进行约 1 0 0 0次的钢管冷拔过程计算机仿真模拟。这些仿真试验覆盖各种可能的工艺变形条件。仿真研究的结果经过分析处理、模型化而直接引入 CAD系统中 ,使该 CAD系统可以帮助各冷拔企业快速有效地设计优化的拔制规程。 A special CAD system has been developed for tube drawing In order to design this CAD,besides practical data and experience,about 1000 times FEM simulations tests on the computer for wide range of technological parameters of drawing processes have been carried out The simulation results have been modeled and introduced into the CAD system,so that CAD can be widely used not only to arrange tube drawing process easily and efficiently,but also optimize drawing processes
