摘要
简要介绍了计算机辅助绘图软件AUTOCAD的二次开发及其在铸造工艺设计中的应用。传统的铸造工艺设计费时费工,但又无法直接引入已得到广泛应用的AUTOCAD来进行设计,文章介绍了在此基础上开发的铸造AUTOACD及其七个主要的功能模块.最后并举了皮带轮铸件的工艺设计为例来说明该软件的实际应用。
The secondary exploitation of AUTOCAD and its application in foundry technology is described. Traditional foundry technological design is quite tedious and time-consuming. At the same time,this can't be accomplished directly using AUTOCAD although the latter is powerful and being of wide use in various fields. A software based on AUTOCAD is therefore developed and its seven functional parts are briefly introduced. Finally, a technological design of wheel casting is presented schematically as an example
