摘要
构建普通高校体育教师师德评价指标体系是高校加强体育教师师德建设的一个重要内容。研究从实际出发,提出了高校体育教师师德评价指标选取的原则。通过问卷调查与专家访谈法等方法,构建了普通高校体育教师师德评价指标体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)来确定高校体育教师师德各要素的权重,使定性分析与定量分析得到较好的融合,避免了以前教师师德评价工作中的主观随意性,从而提高了评价的准确性和客观公正性。
The construction of the evaluation index system for teachers＇ professional ethics is a significant part of improving the building of teachers＇ professional ethics in universities and colleges. Based on practice, this paper puts forward the selection principle for the evaluation index of teachers＇ professional ethics. By methods of questionnaire survey, expert interviewing, this paper constructs the system of the selection principle for the eval- uation index of teachers＇ ethics in universities and colleges. In addition, this paper use the method of analytical hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the weight of all factors in teachers＇ professional ethics in universities and colleges, And merge together the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis better, avoid the sub- jective random in the work of the evaluation of teachers＇ ethics, consequently, improve the veracity and objectivity of evaluation.
