摘要
在网络环境下,国家图书馆应着眼于改革学位论文管理体制;完善学位论文呈缴制度和管理办法;加大学位论文采集力度,拓展采集渠道;完善学位论文编目规则,提高书目数据标准化、规范化水平;推进学位论文全文数据库建设;建立"中华学位论文门户";加强国际交流与合作,将中国学位论文推向世界。
In the network environment, for the thesis holdings, the National Library of China should focus on the following aspects： to reform the management system; to improve the presentation system and management measures ; to give more efforts to the acquisition of theses and expand the acquisition channels ; to perfect cataloging rules and thus raise the standardization level of bibliographic datas; to advance the construction of the full-text database; to establish China Theses; and finally to strengthen the international communication and cooperation to make theses produced in China's Mainland be available worldwide.
