摘要
在开放获取运动的推动下,高校学位论文日渐成为开放获取资源的重要组成部分,并通过学位论文数据库或机构知识库的方式实现开放获取。文章调查了我国大陆、港澳、台湾地区高校学位论文资源的建设和开放获取的现状,分析了影响我国大陆地区高校学位论文开放获取发展的原因,并提出了发展我国大陆地区高校学位论文开放获取的若干对策,从而对我国大陆地区高校学位论文开放获取实践提供参考。
Under the promotion of open access movement, theses of universities have become an important part of open access resources, and open access is realized through theses databases or institutional repositories. In this article present situation of resource construction and open access in China's Mainland,Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan universities is investigated, and the problems of open access theses in China's Mainland universities are analyzed, and then some countermeasures to develop open access theses in China's Mainland universities are proposed. It will be helpful to practice open access theses in China's Mainland universities.
