摘要
提出开发结构全寿命主动可靠性设计新领域的研究。综合利用随机数学、疲劳学、断裂力学、工程力学、仿生学、智能工程学、优化设计理论和计算机仿真技术等 ,从经济性和维修性要求出发 ,旨在保证产品在预定使用寿命期间内 ,在规定工作条件下 ,在完成规定功能下 ,因疲劳断裂失效的可能性 (失效概率 )减至最低程度。将传统的成品可靠性评价发展为预定寿命下的主动可靠性设计。
The research on whole life initiative reliability design of structural components is proposed in the paper. Random mathematics, fatigue theory, fracture mechanics, engineering mechanics, bionics, intelligent engineering, optimum design theory, computer aided simulation technique and so on are used in this new research field. From the demand of economy and maintenance, the goal is to guarantee the product achieving its prescribed functionality and to reduce the failure probability owing to fatigue and fracture to the least in its scheduled service life and prescribed service condition. It will transfer the traditional final product reliability evaluation into scheduled life initiative reliability design.
