摘要
简要介绍东方引进型1000MW超超临界汽轮机的结构以及在可靠性设计方面的技术特点,介绍了日立公司通过使用Q系数和强迫挠度、汽流激振指数来评价轴系的动力学特性和轴系稳定性的准则,通过分析比较国内常用的轴系可靠性评价准则和日立的评价准则,论证了该机组轴系按国内常用的轴系可靠性评价准则和日立的评价准则都是稳定可靠的。日立的准则用于评价汽流激振对高参数大容量机组轴系稳定性的影响,很有工程实用价值。
The essay briefly describes the structures and features of reliability design on 1000MW ultra supercritical steam turbine introduced by Dongfang Steam Turbine Works( DFSTW), and presents dynamics characteristic and reliability criterion of rotor system evaluated by Q factor and forced defleetion, and steam flow excitation index, which used by Hitachi Co. Through analysis and comparison between the reliability criterion of rotor system applied by both domestic companies and Hitachi Co., the stability and reliability have been well proved based on two criteria of rotor system. The criterion of Hitachi Co. has an actual value in engineering on the influence of evaluation towards steam excited vibration on reliability of rotor system in large units.
