摘要 提出了一种基于MATLAB平台的背压式气动量仪背压气路特性曲线的参数化绘制原理和分析方法。在该方法中,通过参数化绘制背压气路特性曲线,同时在已绘制的背压气路特性曲线上实现量仪直线部的自动选取及误差分析,可以很直观地分析气动变换环节各主要参数对量仪的影响,为快速正确地选择或设计量仪提供了依据。研究结果表明,该原理和方法为背压式气动量仪的设计提供了一种新的思路。 The principle and analysis method about parameterized plotting of the characteristic curve in the backpressure gas path was presented based on the backpressure pneumatic gauge with the platform of MATLAB. In this method, through the parameterized plotting of backpressure characteristic curve and the self-selection and error analysis of linear part of gauge on the plotted curve, the influence of some parameters of changing loops on the gauge can be analyzed visually, which laid the base for selecting or designing gauges correctly. The research result shows that this principle and method provide a new thought to the design of hack pressure pneumatic gauge.
