摘要
采用了溶胶凝胶法制备α -Fe2 O3纳米微粒 ,实验结果表明在高温焙烧前 ,可增加一个低温退火阶段 ,并同时减短高温焙烧的保温时间 ,可减小颗粒尺寸。同时研究了纳米颗粒的链条联接模式。
In the present paper,α-Fe 2O 3 nanoparticles have been prepared by sol-gel method.Results indicate that the sizes of particles can be reduced by adding an annealing process before higher temperature sintering and decreasing the sintering time.Meanwhile,the chain-connection mode among α-Fe 2O 3 powders has been investigated.
