摘要
本文综合介绍了 α-Fe2 O3气敏材料近年来在制备方法 (含影响因素 )、防团聚技术、掺杂效应 (含气敏机理 )上的研究新进展。提出了今后气敏传感器研究及改进方向。
The research progress in recent years of preparation (including effective factors), the technology of agglomeration prevention,the effect of dopant (including the mechanism of gas sensitivity) of α Fe 2O 3 matrix gas sensing material is reviewed.The future research directions in this field have been presented.
