摘要
目的：探讨微创治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法：对21例Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型桡骨颈骨折的儿童行闭合复位，弹性髓内钉内固定结合石膏外固定治疗。结果：21例随访5-15月，均骨性愈合，愈合时间为2-5月，平均10周。术后肘关节屈伸及旋转功能恢复正常，2例有钉尾端刺激症状，1例在术后5周后存在退钉，无其它严重并发症。结论：弹性髓内钉内固定结合石膏外固定治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折具有微创、安全、有效，功能复发快，并发症少的特点，值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and way of using flexible intramedullary nails to cure radial neck fractures of children through a minimally invasive way.Methods：21 cases of Ⅱ or Ⅲ type radial neck fractures of children were treated through this way.Results： All the 21 patients were followed up for 5 to 15 months.There were no un-united fracture and the cure time was 2 to 5 months,mean 10 weeks.There was no serious complication.Conclusion：Application of flexible intramedullary nails to cure radial neck fractures of children has such advantages as minimally invasive way,safety,effectiveness, and fewer complication.
