Metaizeau法弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨使用弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的效果。方法采用弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折28例，其中Judet分度Ⅱ度4例、Ⅲ度22例、ＩVa度2例。观察骨折的愈合效果并随访。结果28例均获得随访，术后功能评价：优20例，良2例，中4例，差2例，优良率为78．6％。其中2例出现头骺变形膨大，1例发生迟延愈合。结论弹性髓内针是治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的良好方法，具有操作简单、微创、取出方便的特点，并发症少，主要适用于Judet III度骨折。
