前臂骨折闭合复位石膏固定术患儿分阶段健康教育效果探讨 被引量:1

Effect of different methods of health education on children′s rehabilitation after closed reduction and cast immobilization of children′s forearm fractures

摘要 目的探讨前臂骨折闭合复位石膏固定术后不同健康教育方法对患儿康复效果的影响。方法将128例前臂骨折患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组采用常规健康教育法,观察组在常规教育方法的基础上采用改良的分阶段健康教育方法。观察并比较两组患儿及家长对疾病治疗知识掌握情况、遵医行为及疾病治疗过程中不良后果的发生情况。结果两组患儿及家长对疾病知识掌握情况、遵医行为、治疗过程不良后果发生率比较,差异存在统计学意义(均P<0.01)。其中观察组患儿及家长对疾病知识掌握情况、遵医行为高于对照组,而不良后果发生率则低于对照组。结论采用分阶段健康教育法对前臂骨折闭合复位石膏固定术患儿及家长进行健康教育,有助于提高其疾病知识掌握情况和遵医行为,减少术后不良后果发生率,从而提高治愈率。 Objective To investigate the effect of different methods of health education on children's rehabilitation after elosed reduction and east immobilization of children's forearm fractures, and to seek effeetive mode of health education. Methods A total of 128 eases of forearm fractures were randomly divided into the observation groups and the control group, with 64 patients in each group. The control group adopted the conventional health education method. The observation group adopted the improved health education method based on the conventional educational method. The degree of disease knowledge in patients and their parents and patients' following doctor's advice, and the adverse effect occurred in the course of treatment of consequences in the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the degree of disease knowledge and following the doctor's behavior, and the adverse effect oceurred in the course of treatment of consequences (P 〈0.01). The degree of disease observation group than that in the control group. The adverse lower in the observation group than that in the control group. knowledge and following the doctor's advice was higher in the effect occurred in the course of treatment of consequences was Conclusion Adopting the health education stage by stage can increase the degree of the knowledge of disease in children and their parents, and improve their behaviors following the doctor's advice, thereby improving the cure rate.
