摘要
晶体硅太阳能电池的焊接工艺是太阳能电池组件制造过程中最主要的工序之一,随着硅片厚度不断减薄和电池面积不断增大的趋势,焊接过程造成的电池碎片或隐裂是影响组件可靠性的主要因素。主要介绍了晶体硅太阳能电池现有的焊接技术,指出了其发展的趋势,并介绍了未来可应用于晶体硅太阳能电池的新型焊接工艺。
Tabbing and stringing of crystalline silicon solar cells is one of the key process in the solar module manufacturing. With the trend of thinner and larger area wafers, the breakage of cells resulted from the soldering process becomes the main factor influencing the reliability of solar modules. Based on the soldering process of crystalline silicon solar cells, introduce some new soldering technology that would be used in the soldering process of crystalline silicon solar cells.
