KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究概况和进展 被引量:5

摘要 1996年美国一家医院分离到第一株产KPC型(Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase)碳青霉烯酶的肺炎克雷伯菌以来,在之后的10余年间,产KPC型碳青霉烯酶细菌的感染已在世界各地流行,特别是在肠杆菌科细菌所致的医院感染中占有重要地位。
