摘要 根据麦克斯韦基本方程组 ,推导了描述任意槽形金属光栅衍射特性的矢量理论分析方法——严格的耦合波方法 ,该方法可用来分析具有任意面型函数的金属光栅在 TE ,TM两种偏振模式的平面波入射下的光栅衍射特性。文中讨论了光栅结构参数 ,入射波参数对衍射效率的影响以及金属光栅的损耗。 Based on the Maxwell equation and the boundary continuity of electromagnetic field ,the vector theory analysis method-the rigorous coupled wave analysis technique for describing the diffraction of electromagnetic waves by any shape profile metallic gratings for both TE and TM polarization is presented. The effects of grating structure parameters and incidence wave parameter on diffraction efficiency are investigated . The loss of grating is also given.
