摘要
随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国在建筑业市场先后制定了多项法律法规,整顿了建筑市场秩序,加大查处力度,预防和治理工程建设领域的各种不规范现象,但不可否认仍存在很多亟待解决的问题。从政府管理和招投标相关各方这两方面列举了我国建筑工程招投标中存在的一些问题,并且从国家相关法律制度、诚信体系、行政监管等方面分析了产生问题的原因。
With the continuous development of China＇s market economy, China＇s construction market has formulated a number of laws and regulations, which rectify the construction market order, intensify efforts to investigate, prevent and control the construction field a variety of abnormal phenomena. But there are still many problems to be solved. This article lists some problems that exist in China＇s construction project bidding from two aspacts： Government management and tendering related parties. And it analyzes the causes of the problems from the relevant national legal system, credit system, and administrative supervision.
