摘要
施工人员安全能力包括感知能力、判断能力和响应能力。地铁施工中当危险迫近时,施工人员只有正确感知危险、判断危险以及采取正确措施响应危险,才能安全的完成施工。地铁施工人员的感知能力,是判断能力和响应能力的前提。在安全感知能力和项目反应理论(IRT)研究的基础上,通过问卷调查对施工人员安全感知能力进行测定与评价,并对调查问卷的问题进行区分度和难度参数分析。这将有助于提高地铁施工人员安全能力,促进安全管理水平,避免事故发生。
Safety competency of construction workers contains the competencies of perpetuation, determination and response. During the process of metro construction, when safety risk approaches, only when the construction workers perceive risk, determine risk and dispose risk correctly, metro construction can be completed safely. Perceptual competency of construction workers is the prerequisite for determination and response. Based on the study of safety perceptual competency of metro construction workers and item response theory, questionnaire was used to evaluate the safety perceptual competency of metro construction workers. The differentiation and difficulty parameters of questions in the questionnaire were analyzed. This study helps to improve the safety competency of metro construction workers as well as the safety management and to avoid the occurrence of metro construction accidents.
