摘要 提出了大型火电机组可靠性(可用性)的增长模型,介绍了该增长模型的参数估计和拟合检验方法,给出了300MW火电机组可靠性增长的分析结果。现场运行可靠性数据的验证说明该可靠性增长模型符合300MW火电机组可靠性的增长趋势。可靠性增长的分析结果表明制造商和用户采用的完善和改进措施是有效的。 An availability (generalized reliability) growth model for power equipment is presented, together with a description of a method for estimating the parameters and testing the model fitting quality. Analysis results concerning availability growth of certain domestic manufactured 300MW fossil fired generating units are given. Verification with site operation availability data shows that the availability growth model conforms well with the availability growth tendency. The analysis results of availability growth indicate that the remedial and improvement measures taken by manufacturers and users are effective and the availability of domestic manufactured 300MW fossil fired generating units has a tendency to increase.
