摘要
对我国首次采用进口设备和技术的最大容量超,临界机组调试期间故障进行了统计分析,从可靠性增长的观点,用杜安(Duane)模型进行评估。结果表明,机组可靠性增长率处于较高水平,说明该机组调试期间,对故障的纠正措施有效,可靠性明显增长;另一方面,模型参数较小,反映出机组初始可靠性水平亦比较高。最后,利用该模型,对机组168h满负荷试运进行预测,实践表明是正确的。
In this paper, from the view of reliability growth, Duane model is used to assess the reliability of one 900 MW supercritical pressure steam turbine-generator unit based on the fanlt statistics analysis during unit commissioing, which is the biggest capacity wnit first time adopting import equipment and technology in China. The result shows, the unit has high reliability growth rate, explaining that the rectifying measures are valid and the unit reliability grows obvionsly during unit commissioning, On the other hand, the reliability level of unit at the beginning reflected by the model with small parameters is comparatively high. Finally,by using this model, The 168 h full load trial running of unit was predicted, the practice showed the light prediction.
