摘要
随着终身学习理念的不断传播,英、美、法、澳等发达国家为了践行终身学习理念,不仅大力开展先前学习认证的理论研究并取得一系列研究成果,而且早在20世纪70、80年代就积极进行先前学习认证实践。先前学习认证真正体现了终身学习的本质。界定先前学习认证的概念,分析其理论基础,在此基础上具体探讨英、美、法、澳等发达国家先前学习认证的具体实践。
In order to practice lifelong learning, such developed countries as the UK,the United States, France, Australia have researched on the prior learning theory and made a series of achievements. As early as in the 1970s and 1980s, they actively practised the accreditation of prior learning which truly reflected the essence of lifelong learning. This paper discusses the specific practice of accreditation of prior learning in those developed countries through defining the concept of accreditation of prior learning and analysing its meaning and theoretical basis.
