摘要
目的考评亚健康评定量表应用于护理人员亚健康状态测量的信度、效度。方法选取广州白云区480名护理人员,采用亚健康评定量表第1版(Sub-Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0,SHMS V1.0)进行现场测试,考评量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度、结构效度、内容效度、效标效度。结果亚健康评定量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.924,分半信度为0.863。各条目与其所在维度的相关系数较大(0.503～0.899),而与其他维度的相关系数较低(0.014～0.453)。各维度与其所属子量表的得分也呈现较大的相关性(0.562～0.917)。因子分析的结果与理论结构基本一致。该量表与SF-36总分的相关系数为0.766(P<0.05)。结论应用SHMS V1.0评价护理人员亚健康状态是可靠的、有效的。
Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Sub-Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 （SHMS V1.0） in the evaluation of sub-health of nurses. Methods The spot trial was performed among 480 nursing staff in Guangzhou Baiyun District for the study of Cronbach＇s oL coefficient, split-half reliability, construct validity, content validity and criterion-related validity of SHMS V1.0. Results The Cronbach＇s ct coefficient was 0.924 and the split-half reliability 0.863. There was a high correlation between each item of SHMS VI.0 and its dimension （0.503-0.899）, but a low correlation between items and other dimensions （0.014-0.453）. Dimension scores correlated significantly with its subscale （0.562-0.917）. Results of factor analysis matched the original theoretical conception about SHMS V1.0 and the correlation coefficient between SHMS V1.0 and SF-36 was 0.766（P〈0.05）. Conclusion SHMS V1.0 is a reliable and valid measurement scale for evaluating sub-health of nurse.
