摘要
目的 筛选亚健康评价指标体系.方法 采用Delphi法对备选亚健康评价指标进行3轮专家意见的征询.共有30名专家参与此次Delphi法专家咨询.结果 本研究所选专家涉及近10个学科,平均专业年限21.75年.预调查和2轮正式调查的专家积极性系数分别为90.00%,93.33%,89.29%;专家的一致性系数Kendall＇W分别为0.327,0.185,0.249.生理、心理和社会亚健康3个方面一级指标类的权重分别为40.61%,33.34%,26.05%.经过2轮的正式征询,最后筛选出64个评价指标.结论 Delphi法用于自测健康评价指标体系的筛选是有效的、实用的、成功的.
Objective To screen the indicator system of sub-health. Methods Three rounds delphi consultations were conducted for selected indicators of sub-health. 30 experts were selected for the three rounds＇ consultations. Results The experts who had been invited are from about 10 different majors and have been engaged in their current profession for 21.75 years on average. The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in pretest and two rounds＇ formal consultations were 90.00% ,93.33% and 89.29% respectively. The coordination coefficients Kendall＇ W of the experts＇ opinion were 0. 327,0.185 and 0. 249 respectively. The weight of the first grade indexes of the sub-health namely physical, mental and social sub-health indicator dimension were 40.61% , 33.34% and 26.05% respectively. After two rounds＇ formal consuhation,64 assessing indicators were remained in the final. Conclusion It is practical, efficient and successful to use Delphi method in screening indicator system of assessing sub-health.
