摘要
目的观察牙周基础治疗后使用磷硅酸钙钠对减轻根面牙本质敏感的临床疗效。方法选择中重度牙周病患者40例,分为实验组(20例,115颗牙)和对照组(20例,112颗牙)。实验组在治疗后次日对刮治的患牙给予100%磷硅酸钙钠糊剂脱敏治疗,并在实验期间用7%磷硅酸钙钠脱敏牙膏每天刷牙2次,对照组单纯进行牙周基础治疗。在治疗前,治疗后1周、2周、4周分别记录两组的PLI值和冷气刺激后的VAS值。结果实验组在治疗后1周VAS值为3.52较基线值2.39增加(P<0.05),但明显低于对照组6.72(P<0.05)。实验组在治疗后2周时VAS值为2.66已恢复到治疗前的水平(P>0.05)。结论在牙周基础治疗后用磷硅酸钙钠脱敏,可以有效的降低术后根面牙本质敏感的程度,并缩短其持续的时间。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of a calcium sodium phosphosilicate desensitizer for the treatment of root-dentin hypersensitivity following initial therapy. Methods In the clinical trial, 227 teeth of 40 patients with moderate to advanced periodontal disease were chosen. The test group was administrated a calcium sodium phosphosilicate desensitizer after subgingival scaling and root planning（S/RP） , the control group was S/RP alone. At the baseline and 1, 2, 4 week after S/RP, PLI and VAS were observed. Results At one week following S/ RP, the VAS of the test group （3.52） was significantly improvement compared with baseline （2.39） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but it was significantly reduction compared with control group （ 6.72 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At two week following S/RP, the VAS of the test group （2.66） was no statistically significant difference in relation to baseline（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The calcium sodium phosphosilicate desensitizer showed good performance in relieveing root-dentin hypersensitivity following S/RP.
