摘要
通过分析仿生推进装置驱动机构的运动要求,采用虚拟样机软件ADAMS建立其驱动机构模型,对机构的关键点进行参数化处理,通过控制参数化点坐标的变化实现杆件长度及位置的变化,最终以单位输出力所需的驱动转矩最小为优化目标,对机构参数进行优化设计,结果表明优化效果明显,优化目标较优化之前减小13%。
The model of drive mechanism of bionic propulsion is built by ADAMS software through analyzing movement require- ments. The dynamic simulation and analysis was done, which includes the parameterization of the key points of mechanism, the objective of minimizing the torque for unit of output force and the optimization analysis, the optimization results show that optimi- zation goal has reduced by 13%.
