摘要
数控机械手广泛的应用于工业领域中,随着工业生产线自动化要求的不断提高,对机械手的需求也越来越广泛。所涉及机械手是一种用于数控机床上的换刀机械手,通过自动换刀,实现自动化加工。利用有限元分析对机械手的中臂轴和刀库的中轴的弹性弯扭屈曲性能进行了研究,同时考察主要影响因子,以便后期通过适当调整,最大限度的减少轴系破坏,从而提高轴系寿命和机械手的性能。
The CNC manipulator has been widely used in industry,as the automatic requirement of industrial production line is improving continuously,the demand of manipulator is more and more comprehensive.The manipulator mentioned in this article is used in CNC machine for tool changer,which can achieve Automatic processing by tool changer.This article studies elastic flexural-torsional buckling performance of Shafting by Finite Element Analysis and studies main factors.On the basis of it,we can reduce the shaft damage as much as possible to increase the shafting's life and improve the performance of manipulator.
