摘要
介绍了基于SolidWorks软件进行机械系统虚拟设计和运动仿真的基本方法,综合利用SolidWorks的参数化、变量化建模技术以及自底向上和自顶向下相结合的设计方法,完成了整体自装卸车的虚拟设计,以自装卸机构为例进行了运动仿真。实践证明,这种方法可有效提高设计效率,具有良好的应用前景。
Basic method of virtual design and motion simulation of mechanical system based on SolidWorks is presented in this paper. Virtual design of the Palletized loading System (PLS) is completed by synthetically using parametric and variable modeling technology and down- top and top- down design method. As an example, motion simulation of the self- loading/unloading mechanism is performed. Practice proves that the method can effectively improve design efficiency and it will be found wide application in the future.
