摘要 为构建风力发电产业评价的指标体系,根据风力发电产业特点,针对评价体系中较多定性指标的问题,建立了基于改进模糊一致矩阵基础上的风电产业评价决策模型,并利用基于优先传递矩阵的改进层次分析法确定模型中的权重。该模型可减少确定指标判断矩阵时的盲目性,又可在建立指标间模糊优先关系矩阵时反映指标间的优劣差异程度,使综合评判结果有很好的分散性和合理性,在实例中亦得到了验证。 According to the characteristics of wind power generation,the evaluation model of wind power industry is established based on improved fuzzy consistent matrix.In view of qualitative indexes in evaluation system,improved analytic hierarchic process based preferential transfer matrix is chosen to determine the index weight.The model can not only reduce blindness for determining index judgment matrix,but also reflect the difference of the superiority degree of the indexes when establishing the fuzzy superiority relation matrix of the index.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation conclusion is reasonable with good decentrality.The example results show that the model is effective.
