摘要
房地产业由于其自身的特点,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。由于传统的模糊一致矩阵具有自身的局限性,本文首先介绍了改进后的模糊一致矩阵决策的方法,并将模糊数学理论与层次分析法结合起来,建立了房地产方案优选的数学模型。通过科学的方法,建立了房地产开发方案优选的评价指标体系。最后通过实例验证了该模型的可行性。本文建立的优选模型以及房地产开发方案优选决策的评价指标体系,具有理论严谨、适用范围广的优点,具有很强的可操作性。
The real estate industry plays an important role in the development of national economy because of the characteristics of itself. According to the characteristics of program of real estate development, the indicator system was established. Using the theory of fuzzy mathematic and AHP, a fuzzy consistent matrix mathematic model was established to optimize programs for real estate development. At last, this model was testeded by an exampie. Optimization model and decision system established in this paper have many advantages such as precise theories, wide applying, and maneuverability.
