摘要
模糊集中的模糊一致关系理论 ,是根据指标的优先关系确定方案优劣的一种决策方法 ,这种方法符合人们思维决策的一致性。运用模糊一致理论中的模糊一致矩阵能为多目标多方案的优选和决策问题提供可靠的科学依据。但原有的模糊一致矩阵法只能指明多目标多方案的优先关系 ,而不能进一步说明方案之间在多大程度上优先。为此 ,文章建立了改进的模糊一致矩阵法 ,改进方法在建立模糊优先关系矩阵时 ,将原有数据进行归一化并将转换公式作相应的改进 ,从而确立改进的模糊优先关系矩阵 ,再运用模糊一致矩阵理论进行模糊一致矩阵改造和目标排序 ,最终确定方案的优劣关系。某气田开发方案的实例计算证明 ,改进的模糊一致矩阵法不仅能指明多目标多方案的优先关系 ,而且能反映方案之间在多大程度上优先 ,这不仅为多目标方案优选建立了定性概念 ,而且对方案之间进行了定量比较 。
The theory of fuzzy consistent r elation in fuzzy sets,according to the preference among indexes to determine th e priority of the projects,provides a good and reliable method.Such method accor ds with the thinking consistency of people,and can be applied for multi objecti ve and multi project optimization.But the original method of fuzzy consistent matrix can only show the multi objective and multi project preference rank,bu t fail to indicate the level of the multi projects priority.In order to make u p the drawback,the improved method of fuzzy consistent matrix is established thr ough standardization of original data and improvement of related formula.With t he theory of fuzzy consistent matrix,the rehabilitation of fuzzy consistent mat rix and the objective ranking is conducted,then the project preference is deter mined.A real case calculation of the development project of a gas field proves the improved method of fuzzy consistent matrix can not only show the multi obje ctive and multi project ranking,but also indicate the level of the multi objec tive and multi projects priority.The method makes the multi objective and mult i project be not only optimized qualitatively but also compared quantitatively. It is the strong ground for the ultimate decision making.
