摘要
青少年正处在身体生长发育的阶段 ,生理、心理都有着突飞猛进的发展。在这时期的足球训练应结合其特点合理安排运动负荷 ,同时注意训练方法的选择 ,以利于青少年身体的生长发育 ,兴趣的培养和成绩的提高。
Being in the phase of growth and development, youngers are making giant strides in both physiology and psychology. In this period, football training should arrange reasonably the exercise load, and meanwhile pay attention to the choice of training methods. In this way, it will be beneficial for the youngers growth, interest developing and result improving.
