摘要
目的探讨外周中心静脉置管(PICC)在专科护理门诊工作中的应用价值。方法选派PICC专科护理门诊人员,确定专科护理的范围;设置和布局诊所,安排诊疗时间;建立PICC护理档案和维护手册,制定PICC护理操作流程;形成PICC门诊就诊流程。结果护理875例带管出院患者,完成导管维护7062人次,解决患者带管出院后导管维护和健康咨询问题,提高了导管维护品质。同时带动了片区PICC专科护理门诊的开设,使专科护理发展得到了提升。结论开设PICC专科护理门诊,为置管患者提供了连续性护理,使其有归属感;PICC专科护理门诊使导管维护标准化、程序化,提高了维护品质;升华和提高了专科护理,真正体现了护理专业自身价值。
Objective To discuss the application of peripherally-inserted central catheters （PICC） in outpatient nursing service. Methods Assigned outpatient nurse of PICC. Determine the frame of specialized nursing. Set the layout of the consulting room. Arrange the schedule. Create the profile and maintenance manual of PICC. Make the nursing process of PICC. Set the consulting process of PICC outpatient. Results Providing nursing service for 875 patients with vascular access, completing 7062 man-time maintenance of vascular access. Solve the problem of catheter maintenance and healthy consultion for outpatient. Improved the quality of catheter maintenance. Led the setup of PICC outpatient nursing reginal and promoted the development of specialized nursing at the same time. Conclusion The setup of PICC outpatient nursing provide a continuous service for patient. The PICC outpatient nursing make the catheter maintenance standardized and programmatic, improve the quality of nursing service, promote the specialized nursing, realize the value of nursing itself.
