摘要
目的探讨PICC带管出院的常见并发症产生原因及护理对策。方法对78例门诊随访的PICC置管患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 16例出现并发症依次为导管堵塞(31.25%),导管脱出(25.00%),静脉穿刺处感染(25.00%),导管破损(12.50%),静脉炎(6.25%)。结论 16例患者经维护后13例PICC导管继续使用,因此加强患者及家属在出院期间的导管维护和管理可降低PICC带管的并发症,提高PICC导管的有效使用率。
Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of common complications with the PICC tube discharged from hospital. Methods Information about 78 eases of out - patient follow - up of the PICC catheter patients was retrospectively analyzed. Results 16 cases with complications followed by were catheter blockage（31.25% , catheter prolapse（25.00% ） , venipuncture place infection（25.00% ） , catheter breakage（ 12.50% ） , and phlebitis （6.25%）. Conclusion By the maintenance of the 16 patients PICC tubes, 13 cases continue to use. Therefore strengthening the catheter maintenance and management can reduce the complications of PICC catheter and improve the effective utilization of the PICC catheter after the patients and the family members leave the hospital.
