摘要
玉米黄色素的分解反应属零级反应 ,即反应速度与反应物浓度无关 ;温度增加 ,反应级数不变。以玉米黄色素的半衰期作为产品保存的有效期 ,约 6 0d ,为延长玉米黄色素的保存期至 3个月 。
The regression analysis shows that the decomposition reaction of corn yellow pigment, a fat-soluble pigment extracted from corn protein with ethanol, is a zero order reaction, i.e. its reaction rate is not related to the concentration of the reactants and the reaction order does not change with the rise in temperature. With the half-life period as the corn yellow pigment storage life the product, it lasts about 60 days. In order to prolong the storage life of corn yellow pigment to 3 months, brown and opaque materials should be used in package and antioxdants showld be added.
