摘要
目的 :对记忆力减退患者 6 6例进行茴拉西坦 (阿尼西坦 )、吡拉西坦随机单盲阳性药物对照治疗并对疗效进行观察。方法 :治疗组 36例 ,每次服阿尼西坦 2 0 0mg ;对照组 30例 ,每次服吡拉西坦 40 0mg ;均为tid ,共 8周。 结果 :治疗组与对照组两组间治疗结束后记忆商 (MQ)比较有显著差异 ;治疗组自身治疗前后记忆商比较有显著差异 ;治疗后有效率治疗组高于对照组。结论 :阿尼西坦的疗效优于同类药物吡拉西坦 ,并且安全 ,不良反应小 ,适于临床应用。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of aniracetam and piracetam in 66 hypomnesis patients in single blind randomly way.METHODS:36 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group were enrolled to receive aniracetam tablet in a regimen of 200 mg tid for 8 weeks or piracetam tablet in a regimen of 400 mg tid for 8 weeks respectively.RESULTS:Regarding MQ,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.There was also significant difference with the treatment group compaired MQ before and after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.CONCLUSION:The results showed that the efficacy of aniracetam was better than that of piracetam,and the adverse reactions were mild.Both of the drugs we safe for clinical use.
