摘要
目的观察中成药天智颗粒对轻、中度血管性痴呆(VD)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例VD患者分为研究组和对照组各30例,研究组给予天智颗粒治疗,对照组给予茴拉西坦胶囊治疗,疗程8周。在治疗前后分别采用简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)和日常生活活动量表(ADL)对认知功能和行为能力进行评估。结果两组总体疗效基本相当,研究组和对照组在改善MMSE评分方面无明显差异,但ADL评分比较研究组优于对照组(t=3.89,P<0.01)。结论天智颗粒对治疗血管性痴呆有效,总体疗效与茴拉西坦相当,在提高患者日常生活能力方面优于茴拉西坦胶囊。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Tianzhi granule in the treatment of older patients with vascular dementia （VD）. Methods A total of 60 patients according to the criteria for VD were randomly assigned into treatment group （ n = 30）, orally Tianzhi granule, and control group （n = 30）, orally Aniraeetam capsules, for eight weeks. All subjeets^ognitive function and behavior abil- ity were assessed by MMSE and ADL. Results The overall efficacy of two groups were basically the same （X2 = 0. 48, P 〉 0.05 ）, the treatment group and the control group in improving MMSE scores had no significant difference （ t = 1.35, P 〉 0.05 ）, but ADL score in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ t = 3.89,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Tianzhi granule is effective in the treatment of vascular dementia,its overall effect is similar to that of aniracetam capsules, but is better in improving the ability of daily life of patients than aniraeetam capsules.
