摘要 目的 :研究乙基纤维素的理化性质及各种理化性质之间的相互关系。方法 :测定 4种乙基纤维素的粘度、软化温度、特性粘数 ,并进行了扫描电镜观察和X 射线粉末衍射分析。结果 :乙基纤维素粘度数值与标示值较为接近 ,粘度越大 ,软化温度越高 ,特性粘数越大 ,从显微外观看EC1 0 ,EC2 0 ,EC4 5形状较不规则 ;EC84则为较光滑的椭球形颗粒。从X 射线粉末衍射图谱看 ,国产乙基纤维素的两个无定型峰面积比与进口品种有所不同。结论 :乙基纤维素的各种理化性质之间有一定相关性。国产乙基纤维素与进口品种的SEM与X 射线衍射图谱有差异。 OBJECTIVE:To study the basic properties of ethylcellulose.METHODS:To determine the viscosity,intrinic viscosity,Scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and X ray powder diffraction pattern (XRD) of ethylcellulose.RESULTS:The measured values of ethylcellulose were closed to the marked values.The higher viscosity was,the higher softening temperature was,and the bigger intrinsic viscosity was.The SEM showed the appearance of domestic products was more irregular than that of the import.In the XRD profiles,the area ratio of two amorphous peaks of the domestic products was different from that of import.CONCLUSION:The determined properties of ethylcellulose had some correlationship.The SEM and XRD of the domestic and import ethylcellulose products were different.
