摘要
采用离子交换树脂法、溶剂法、层析法，可将生抗一号抗生素从发酵液中提出并能进行较好的分离。通过对其物理性质和化学性质的研究表明：该抗生素是一类弱碱性的抗生素，极性较小，易溶于有机溶剂，能溶于酸水，在酸性和中性条件下较稳定。
The antibiotic-Shengkang 1 has been extracted and separated from fermented liquid by the i ron exchange chromatography, adsorption chromatography and solvent extraction technique. The study was made on its physical and chemical properties. The results show that this antibiotic is weakly alkaline it can be dissolved in acid water and organic solvent, and it is relatively stable under the acid and neutral conditions.
