摘要
在分析医院预约检查存在问题的基础上,结合实践介绍了构建综合检查预约平台的具体做法及效果。指出综合检查预约平台是优化检查环节、缩短病人预约时限的有效手段以及在工作中应注意动态管理、加强考核、持续改进。
The paper first analyzes the problems of examination appointment-making in our hospital, and then it puts forward the specific methods and effectiveness in construction of hospital comprehensive examination appointment-making system, which is an effective way to simplify examination links and shorten patients appointment-making time frame. We should emphasize dynamic management, strengthen assessment and make constant improvement.
