摘要
随着医疗改革不断深化以及各类新兴管理理念的广泛传播,医院"一站式"的窗口服务成为改革的重要内容之一。从业务流程再造理论的角度对其进行研究探讨,从理论和实践两个层面分别阐述,并对医院实际应用的情况进行分析,同时在移动互联网的新时代,就"一站式"服务模式与内容如何进行延伸性应用探讨作了阐述与思考。
With the deepening of medical reform and spread of all kinds of new management ideas, the "one-stop" window service of hospital becomes one of the important content of the reform. It is studied and discussed about from the perspective of business process reengineering theory, and explained from theory and practice respectively. The practical application of hospital is analyzed. At the same time in the new era of mobile Internet, this paper discusses about and thinks about "one-stop" service model and content and how to discuss about extensibility application.
